Ryan Bedrosian
Principal & CEO

Ryan Bedrosian is a modern insurance broker who is committed to enhancing the company’s established client relationships through technology services and quality insurance products.

Recently, Ryan has been expanding Bedrosian & Associates by working closely with the Acrisure M&A team to lead agency buy-outs. He is actively looking for reputable California and West Coast insurance producers that want to join forces under the Bedrosian & Associates leadership team or retire while leaving their block of business in well received hands. With each acquisition Ryan and his team have integrated all new client relationships with all necessary tech and compliance services.

Ryan is on multiple insurance carrier and general agency advisory boards. He develops cost management strategies by working close with actuaries, stop loss carriers and many underwriting departments of the leading insurance companies.

In the prior decade, Ryan built an employee benefit enrollment platform, Simple Life and started an online insurance brokerage Benefit Agents which was in the Top 15 insurance agencies to onboard the most Covered California business in the state.

Ryan first qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Court of the Table in 2008. Those who qualify demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. For the past several years, Ryan has been a Top of the Table (TOT) member which identifies him as being in the top 1% of total MDRT members. The TOT achievement is recognized worldwide by only 1,800 financial professionals annually.

Ryan completed the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Program under the academic direction of The Wharton School of Business. The CEBS curriculum represents specialized knowledge in group benefits, retirement, and compensation. It is the only professional certification in total compensation and only about 7,000 individuals actively hold the designation in the U.S.

Ryan is a lifetime member of the Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation. The designation is recognized by state regulators to those that have demonstrated the essential knowledge for the appropriate sale of long-term care insurance.

Ryan enjoys traveling, boating, skiing, fly fishing, tennis, wine and viticulture. He was born and raised in Redwood City and Menlo Park and now is living in Marin.

Ron Bedrosian
Founding Principal

Ron began his insurance career with Transamerica in 1974. He immediately qualified for the company’s top production club and has earned life membership in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Over the last few decades, Ron can be found at many industry conferences and council meetings. He serves on many advisory boards which assist with the development and promotion of life and health insurance products within California and across the country.

In addition to earning several of the industry’s highest awards, Ron has also qualified for Court of the Table (COT), where he exchanged advanced sales ideas and productivity ideas with an international network of leading financial planners and life insurance professionals.

Both of Ron’s sons work with him at Bedrosian & Associates. Ron and his wife extensively travel, ski, fly fish, hike and enjoy other sports. He enjoys boating and spending time at the Corinthian Yacht Club. He was born and raised in Burlingame and is now residing in Tiburon.

Alex Bedrosian

Alex began his insurance career at Word & Brown General Agency. The experience he received allowed him to grasp the methods and strategies of the insurance industry from the onset. Alex builds upon his established knowledge and expertise as he constantly grows Bedrosian & Associates portfolio. Alex focuses on expanding the agency’s large group services by implementing the best benefit enrollment solutions, HR and compliance software available. Alex has strengthened the agency’s ability to partner within the industry by attending advisory board and council meetings.

Alex graduated top of his class, earning Cum Laude with a B.A. in Marketing from San Diego State University. His studies included a semester abroad at Oxford University with the emphasis of global marketing and foreign political affairs. Alex’s lives an active lifestyle and loves being outdoors. His hobbies include traveling, skiing, baseball and golf. Alex was born and raised in Menlo Park.

Kim Dierdorff
Chief Experience Officer

Kim is an executive leader in technology, insurance, and healthcare. With over 20 years of experience, she elevates change management, product development, strategy, business model transformation, and sales support leadership for our team and our clients.

As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Kim’s focus is to transform the client experience with technology, compliance and streamlined processes while maintaining the core values of our people-first philosophy. By reviewing existing processes and teams – both internally and with our clients, she has the unique ability to create common sense solutions with very little effort on the part of our clients.

Kim started her insurance career in 1998 with Wells Fargo Insurance Services (now USI Insurance Services). By 2002, she was the Vice President of Value Added Services. In her early years, Kim was passionate about delivering exceptional customer service across her teams. When multiple attempts at outsourcing resources failed to adequately serve clients, she spearheaded the development of their internal Benefit HelpLine member call center, COBRA and Flexible Spending administration departments – focusing on delivering high quality internal resources on a National level.

In 2014, Kim moved to the carrier side as the Key Account Manager at Avesis, a Guardian Life Insurance Company. She managed all jumbo accounts (500-5000 lives) in California and Nevada, partnering with both sales staff and management in efforts to grow territories within the labor and trust market, key accounts, and regional areas. In addition to her core responsibilities, Kim enhanced the leadership initiatives to develop process and key support models across the organization.

In 2017, Kim worked at Simple Life as the Vice President of Operations for an insurtech platform to develop operational efficiencies, product enhancements, and integrated organizational success. She utilizes this experience to implement technology solutions for our clients and teams.

On a personal note, Kim is a coffee & wine lover; people & dog supporter. She is always searching for places with heart, soul & inspiration. Her husband of almost 25 years, two (almost) grown children, dogs and a very special relationship with her mother-in-law keep her grounded and endlessly entertained.

Dominic Toscanelli
Senior VP of Growth

Dominic believes that the most important asset businesses have to manage is their people. He strives to ensure our clients have an efficient way to deliver first class benefits to their people without excessive cost or heavy administrative burden.

As the Senior VP of Growth, Dominic is responsible for business development and collaborates closely with sales, marketing, service, and operations. Dominic works with the leadership team to continually refine our go-to-market strategy, optimize efficiencies around our sales process, and build upon our compelling client offering and growing our world-class consulting team across all market segments and geographies. Above all, Dominic enjoys being a father and husband. If he’s not working or at home, you can find him on the golf course!

Arman Vahdatinia
VP of Employee Benefits

With a passion to consult on long term objectives, Arman is attuned to innovative solutions for employers of all sizes. With a focus on compliance, he can mitigate potential issues by streamlining inefficiencies with the proper tech solution. His aptitude stretches across all aspects of the employee life cycle, working directly with HR and Finance teams in a multitude of industries. His dedication to his clients provides a high touch, responsive and approachable synergy while leveraging the national resources one would expect at a top tier agency.

When Arman is not coaching his daughter's soccer team, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and the occasional poker game.
